Return Policy

We accept merchandise that is unworn and unwashed with all tags and free gifts intact as we are committed to selling only brand-new and pristine items. So for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to decline and send back items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

For US domestic orders, return must be received by our warehouse within 35 days of order purchasing date. For international orders and orders to AK, HI, or APO/FPO  addresses, return must be received by our warehouse within 50 days of order delivery date.  Sorry, we don't accept returns If the return window is closed.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method once the warehouse receives and inspects the items. Once received, our goal is to process the refund in five business days.

For purchase through Amazon:

Please follow the procedures there to complete your return and make sure that you return your items using an insured, trackable carrier and retain the receipt as we are not responsible for lost mails.

For purchase from Orlinas.com:

Please follow instructions below to start your return. Note:  free return is effective on domestic US purchases of $50+. At default the return management system shows that customer is responsible for return cost, but for qualified orders, we will send you the return shipping label to the email address you registered with us when your return is approved within one or two business days. 

For exchange: please put your desired exchange items in the note. We will send in-stock items once the return is finished.

Note: please enter Order Id with pure order number after the second "#" (without the "#" sign), and enter the email you registered with us while making the purchase.
